Welcome! I am Zhan Wang, PhD. Currently, I work as a Post-Doctoral Research Associate at the Department of Agricultural Economics, Purdue University, USA. I mainly work in the fields of Agricultural Economics and Environmental Economics.
My research focuses on the interactions between land use, agricultural production and environmental protection, in particular the global, national and gridded impacts (such as international trade, climate change and transportation infrastructure) on the agriculture-land-environment system with general / partial equilibrium models and geospatial data. Besides, I also work on developing innovative approaches to facilitate economic education.
